Serving our Veterans
Veterans
Welcome to the Refuge. First, let us say thank you for your service. The enemies of our country are many, and the men and women who fight for her are few. Please accept our sincere thanks for all you have done to protect the people of this Nation. You are a Hero.
This is a veteran-owned company, and we are fully aware of the trials you face when trying to reconnect after spending time in a war zone. We understand when you say that you are afraid to go to sleep, or have extreme anxiety getting behind the wheel of a vehicle. We understand when you say that you can't talk to your spouse, or that your children are afraid of you. We even understand when you say that you have overwhelming thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
There are times when you may feel alone in your struggles. You may feel estranged from your friends and family, but you are not alone. We are here, and we can help you to heal. It takes a great deal of strength and humility to admit you need help, but finding us shows that you are prepared for change. Please consider contacting us for an appointment.
At The Refuge, we are dedicated to helping young men and women who have given so much. Please look through our services offered. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a call.
If you are a family member of a troubled soldier needing help, please don't wait. Give us a call and we will discuss options. Even if it means that we refer you someplace else, our hearts are set on your family member’s healing. Please contact our Community Coordinator: ashley@refugetraumacenter.com
